Modine Wind Tunnel

$1.4 M Budget for full architectural services and construction administration to fully restore and upgrade 100 year old historical wind tunnel used for “wind testing” companies products at corporate headquarters in Racine, WI. Work included heavy coordination of design effort with multiple engineering specialists to assure that the wind tunnel met pre-fire historical test results. Completed December 2005.
