Southport Plaza Retail Center Addition

$2.5 million dollar budget for architectural planning, construction documents and construction administration for 30,000 square foot addition to existing shopping center. Work included coordination of franchise tenants “MC Sports” and “Dollar Tree” and speculative office space for future business tenants. Work completed fall of 2007.
