Anastos Motors

$1.1 Million dollar budget for full architectural design services and construction administration for 12,000 square foot addition to existing auto dealership. Work included construction new building while maintaining operations on existing site with little disruption. The building effectively utilized “Cool Daylighting” techniques to reduce heat gain and minimize air-conditioning loads to save on energy costs. Completed June of 2006.
