State Bank of the Lakes

$1.0M budget for full architectural design services and construction administration to convert an existing Department of Motor Vehicle Facility into new branch facility for local bank operations. Work included renovating 6,000 sq.ft. with new teller lines, drive thru facilities, and complete upgrading of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for new bank layout. Completed June of 2005 and also again in May of 2015.
